How refunds work

Paddle.com is our online reseller and the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle makes all refunds for us.

This policy sets out when you can get a refund. It adds to your legal rights and to Paddle's refund policy. It does not reduce them.

When you first join

• You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. You do not need to give a reason.
• This applies even if you have downloaded the Toolkit.
• We cancel your membership when we make the refund. Your access ends at the same time.
• It applies once for each person. If you join again after a refund, the rules for renewals below apply.

Monthly renewals

• You can cancel online at any time from My library. Your access runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
• We do not refund a month that has already started, unless the law or Paddle's refund policy gives you a refund.

Yearly renewals

• If you cancel within 14 days after a yearly renewal, you get back the part of the year you have not used.
• We work this out by the day. Your access ends when we make the refund.
• After those 14 days, you keep your access to the end of the year you have paid for.

Team seats

• Within 14 days of buying, you get back the price of each seat nobody has used. A seat counts as used once its person has signed in.
• Team seat renewals follow the rules for yearly renewals.

Faulty content

• If a lesson or a file does not work as described, tell us. We will fix it. If we cannot, we will refund you.

How to ask for a refund

• Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or write to support@waleedtariq.academy. Tell us your order number if you have it.
• You can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method. They usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days.

Your legal rights

• This policy does not affect your legal rights. For example, UK consumers have rights if digital content is faulty.
• In some countries, the law gives you a longer right to cancel. Paddle's refund policy may also give you more. Where it does, that right applies.
