How it works

One invoice a year, and you choose who has a seat

  1. 1Choose your seatsPick the number of seats at checkout, from 5 up to 500.
  2. 2Pay once a yearAdd your company name and VAT number at checkout for an invoice in your company's name.
  3. 3Add your peopleAdd each person by email from My library. They get their own sign-in and certificates.
  4. 4Swap when things changeRemove someone who leaves and add their replacement to the same seat.

Key information

  • Seats renew each year until the manager cancels. The manager can cancel online at any time.
  • Within 14 days of buying, you get back the price of each seat nobody has used. A seat counts as used once its person has signed in.
  • Each person needs their own seat. A seat can pass to someone new when a person leaves.
  • For 50 seats or more, write to us for a quote.
